NEW ZEALAND (EXCLUDING GREAT BARRIER ISLAND):
1. Free delivery on orders over $100 | $10 delivery on orders under $100.
2. Expected delivery: South Island overnight | North Island 2 work days.
3. Delivery is by NZ Post.
You can also select our Click & Collect service at checkout to pick up from any of our stores.
INTERNATIONAL AND GREAT BARRIER ISLAND:
1. Australia and GBI NZ$10 delivery | Rest of World NZ$50 delivery.
2. Expected delivery: Australia and GBI 3-6 work days | World 6-10 work days.
3. Delivery by NZ Post. The customer is responsible for all customs charges.

Final Sale products cannot be returned for a refund or exchange so please choose wisely.
1. All returns must be back in store within 10 days at your own expense. Proof of tracking is recommended.
2. Product must be in its original packaging and original condition.
3. Delivery to you for exchanges within New Zealand is free first time, any exchanges afterward will cost $10 postage.
4. International exchanges will be asked to pay their international shipping rate per exchange.
